VADIHUSNA ORPHANAGE

Established in 1994 and recognized by the Kerala Orphanage Control Board, this orphanage is the first of its kind in Kerala. That introduced a novel system of adopting orphan girls and allowing them to reside in their own houses with all their expenses having met by the orphanage. Arrangements how we made to provide all the inmates with vocational training so as to enable them to find out a suitable job on leaving the orphanage. The orphan girls are also provided possible help to find out suitable bride grooms and are given certain quantity of gold at the time of their marriage.

Affiliated to Samastha Kerala Islam Matha Vidyabhyasa Board Chelari, Vadi Husna Madrasa is imparting religious education separately to the students of public school. Right from its inception the students score 100% pass results in V, VII and X std public examinations. There is a reference library comprising of English, Arabic and Malayalam books for the independent use of Madrasa students.

VADI HUSNA ALPS OZHALAKKUNNU

This primary school was established in 1979 by the local people. It was handed over to Vadi Husna for the best interest of the institution. Situated in a remote backward area the school is a essential one for the poor pupils of this locality. All the infrastructural facilities have been provided in this school. An English medium Kinder Garten school has been attached to it. Special teachers are being sent to this school English teaching is stressed and encouraged by the management.

VADI HUSNA CAMPUS MOSQUE & CULTURAL CENTRE

This mosque is ment to be a cultural centre of the area. Scientific study of Qur an and memorizing it are two pressing needs of Muslims all over the world. The Mosque can act a leading role in this matter. Occasionally religious discourses are being held here.

VADI HUSNA BOOK BINDING UNIT

This is an employment- Oriented programme for girls and widows who can use their leisure time for an earning. Attempts are being made for the sufficient production of note books and marketing them in neighboring schools.
